Advanced program on increasing company value and improving competitiveness through innovation
CEOs’ criticism of innovation: “innovations not sufficiently oriented toward value creation” — hence this advanced training dedicated to the subject. Program presentation and first session on December 3, 2026 at Hub Urbanopolis, Maison de la RATP / Gare de Lyon (5 days: one in 2026, four spread over 2027).
Key concepts and fundamentals of value creation through innovation, from improving ROI and goodwill to generating exceptional margins and high-added-value innovations. Case studies, best practices and feedback from leaders. A checklist of possible actions to amplify the value of innovation projects.
This advanced program is aimed primarily at graduates of the Innovation Management training cycle. The objective: a better ability to define and achieve more ambitious ROI targets for the company’s innovation projects, in cooperation with the other members of the executive committee — notably general management, finance, strategy, marketing & communication and production — by activating value-creation formats that are new or under-exploited by the company.
The program includes an application for identifying value-creation potential in the participants’ innovation fields. A PDF presentation of the program will be available at the end of September.
